Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and we take full responsibility for any faulty, damaged, missing or wrong pair/s of socks delivered to our customers.
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept return requests for unused and unsoiled products (socks) with all the tags intact.
No return request will be accepted once the 30 days time period is over.
IN CASE YOU THINK;
You have received socks that are not as shown or described on our website.
You have received socks design/s other than what you ordered.
You have received socks that are faulty, damaged or missing pair/s.
Just hit us up at ‘email@example.com’ or send a quick message on WhatsApp @7827719755 with your order id and pictures (or a short video) of your order, and we will take it further from there.
As soon as your return request is approved (which normally takes less than 24 hours), you’ll have to send the package back to our warehouse. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, as we don’t have return pick up facility available for our customers.
Once received at our warehouse, your return package will be checked by our quality team. Upon approval (which normally takes around 24-48 hours), you can either opt for products (of the same or higher value) in exchange (delivered to your doorstep at no extra cost!) or you may opt for a full refund which will be initiated right in that moment and the amount may take up to 7 days to reflect into your bank account.
