OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS FOR 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
We put a no-hassle return policy in place to make sure our customers can shop with us in 100% confidence and we take full responsibility for any faulty, damaged, missing pair/s, or wrong pair/s of socks delivered to our customers.
You received socks design/s other than what you ordered.
You received socks that are faulty, damaged, or missing pair/s.
Or, if you believe the socks you received are not as described on the website.
Just hit us up at ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ or send a quick message on WhatsApp @7827719755 with your order id and the reason for return. As soon as your return request is approved, our customer care team will get in touch with you to initiate the return. In some instances, we might ask our customers to send the return package back to our warehouse, the cost of which shall be reimbursed.
Once your return package is received at our warehouse, it will go through a brief quality check. Upon approval, which normally takes around 24-48 hours, you can either opt for an exchange or replacement (delivered to your doorstep at no extra cost!) or you may opt for a full refund which will be initiated right at that moment and the amount may take up to 7 days to reflect into your bank account.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept return requests for unused and unsoiled products (socks) with all the tags/packaging intact.
