At Sock Republic, our customers’ satisfaction is our utmost priority. Although socks are non-returnable items due to hygiene concerns, however in case of any faulty, damaged, missing item/s, or wrong items/s delivered to our customers, we will provide a full refund/ free replacement as applicable.

In all such cases, please reach out to us 24/7 on WhatsApp @7827719755 or write an email to “connect@sockrepublic.in” within 2 days (48 hours) of the order delivery date. We strongly suggest our customers to not accept a tampered package and it’s recommended to capture an unboxing/unpacking video. 

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will provide you the refund tracking id that you can share with your bank to confirm the refund.

A refund takes around 5-7 business days to reflect in your source account.
